Career Center Services

We manage multiple workforce centers throughout North America that provide training, education and employment assistance to more than one million job seekers every year while fulfilling the hiring needs of thousands of businesses, large and small.

Childcare Services

We operate childcare programs designed to assist individuals in finding affordable and reliable childcare. This allows parents to focus on education and employment. Our trained and trusted team of experts determines and processes thousands of payments to childcare vendors.

Disability Determination

Many individuals obtain long-term, stable financial support through our Disability Advocate program. Our program offers expert medical review of records and provides documentation leading to application approval. This program saves states millions of dollars by assisting individuals who are seeking federal Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Discover Apprenticeship

Registered Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally recognized credential. It is a tried-and-true approach utilized by forward-thinking employers and industry leaders as they pivot and adapt to meet 21st century challenges. We at Equus will work with you to help achieve your needs at every step along the way — even the paperwork.

Family Support Services

We operate programs funded by federal, state/provincial and local governments focused on family stabilization and addressing the social determinants that prevent individuals from obtaining and sustaining long-term employment. These services include parenting education, financial literacy, two-generation approaches, life skills training, work readiness, education and training, work experience, community service, subsidized employment and direct placement and retention services. In addition, we develop and tap into referral networks for mental health supports, addiction services, domestic violence programs, legal assistance and more.

Job Corps Center Center

We have a deep-rooted history in the federally funded Job Corps program. Young adults ages 16-24 receive job training, academic instruction and important life skills through our Job Corps Center operations that prepare them for and connect them to a career pathway that is in demand and provides opportunities for advancement.
